This is a first class place. It is truly a unique experience that leaves you feeling like you you've been guests of royalty. The only way in is by small boat with a beach landing. The architecture and design of this small resort is world class. There is a high level of attention to detail everywhere you look. The grounds are impeccably maintained and perfectly clean. LaTroza has a small but very capable staff that manages to tactfully stay in the background and out of sight for the most part, but are continually working to ensure your stay is a flawless one. The management of this property is extremely friendly and accommodating and were eager to make sure we always had everything we needed. Note- this is truly a place to relax with a small group of friends. We went with 7 couples and it was a perfect size. The rooms are amazing, the finish-out is perfect and the food is exceptional. If you are looking for a unique and exclusive experience, I highly recommend La Troza.

What an amazing time we had staying at Casa Karma. From the second we arrived we felt right at home everyone was so friendly and always willing to help us in any way they can. Josh was amazing as well always there making drinks helping us with breakfast and snacks in between he is the model of amazing service cant praise him enough on how amazing of a job he did. If we get another chance to come back to Puerto Vallarta there no doubt in my mind we would come back to stay at Casa Karma.

A week of total relaxation, pampering and spectacular views...must be Playasola. This thoughtfully designed home was welcoming and functional with ocean views from every room along with beautiful decor and overly comfortable beds. There are so many areas to explore on this property from the sports complex (try the 100+ stairs for a great workout) to the beach palapa to the open air living room and pool deck. Each provided an unique experience for a full day of enjoyment without the long walk or crowds of a traditional resort.

And from the moment we stepped onto the sandy beach of our "home", the exceptional service and attention began. Rudi did not allow a finger to be lifted seeming to know our request before we could make it. Sondra consistently prepared delicious meals for our hungry crew. And once the evening approached, Luis served with a caliber of excellence while Umberto prepared dinner with great skill and taste. Even our teenagers were impressed!

Our group of nine (four adults and five teenagers) agreed this one is a keeper! We have already begun planning our return as Playasola gave us everything we needed...time to relax, enjoy family and be truly spoiled.

I highly recommend Casa Tabachin and the team at Agave Villas! From start to finish, our experience was seamless and incredible. Laura at Agave Villas was understanding and helpful with all our booking needs, including moving our trip when we needed to. Our concierge, Alejandro, was exceptional in answering all our questions and making the logistics of our trip and excursions effortless.
The house itself was breathtaking, spacious, and spotlessly clean with a view that will take your breath away. The private pool was the perfect place to relax and the proximity to the beach was a wonderful bonus.
What really made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional team and staff that cared for us during our stay. They were always available with a warm smile and made us fee like family. Our chef Luis was an absolute master in the kitchen and created delicious meals that exceeded our expectations every single time. His attention to detail, use of fresh high quality ingredients, and beautiful presentation made every meal an incredible experience. Lala, Cynthia, and Juanita were exceptional in taking care of all our needs and the needs of the house all while making us some mean margaritas! And of course we cannot forget Beto, our overnight security to help take care of all our overnight needs.
I’m beyond grateful to the staff at Casa Tabachin for creating such a wonderful and memorable experience for us, and I’m already looking forward to returning to this stunning paradise again soon

We just got back from a week at Casa Tabachin in Puerto Vallarta which we booked through Agave Villas. The booking process was very easy and we received a lot of great information upfront that made planning the trip easy. Casa Tabachin itself is beyond description - it was beautiful, clean, comfortable and really everything you could want in a villa. What really stood out at Casa Tabachin was the amazing staff: Don Beto took great care of use in the evenings, always greeting us upon our return and we always felt very safe. Lala, Juanita, and Cinthya were simply fantastic shopping, housekeeping, serving meals; Lala even hemmed a few pairs of pants for us. And we cannot overstate how amazing Chef Luis is. Every meal was beyond our expectations. We enjoyed dining at Casa Tabachin so much, that the low points of our trip were some of the restaurants we dined out at; they couldn't compare. We recommend Casa Tabachin highly and you cannot go wrong booking it through Agave Villas.

Casa Tabachin is phenomenal.  Perfect location, beautiful views, incredible staff, and very comfortable accommodations. We were a family of 16, ages 1 to 73 and everyone had a great vacation. We celebrated Christmas surrounded by festive decorations the staff provided.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Casa Tabachin the first week of November. The total experience was outstanding. The Villa itself was immaculate, spacious and beautifully decorated with an exceptional view overlooking Puerto Vallarta and the pacific ocean. Even better then the Villa was the staff. We fell in love with Lala, Frannie, and Liz.  When we walked in the door on Monday afternoon after a 7 hour flight they had frozen margaritas made and waiting for us. Lala provided us with top quality meals all week along with the best of care. They all became part of our family.

 Puerto Vallarta’s Casa Tabachin was spectacular! The accommodations, the location, and the view were beyond expectations.  We used six bedrooms (all with their own private attached baths) for our family of 10, and everyone had tons of room and very comfortable accommodations.  There were several gathering areas throughout the villa for us to congregate for conversation, a competitive game of cards, or to watch our favorite football team play.  And we cooled off in the pool several times each day.  The villa is located within walking distance of almost everything….two blocks from the ocean and the malecon, two blocks from the riverside markets, and short walks to lots of restaurants and other shopping experiences.  The views from all levels of the villa were breath-taking, including views of the ocean and the river, as well as the old-town area and mountainside villas and condos.  But the most amazing part was the staff.  Lala, Fannie, and Liz took such good care of our needs.  They served us two meals each day, and by the third meal, they knew our names, our likes and requirements, and tended to all of our needs, dietary and otherwise.  Although we had some language difficulties, we were able to understand each other well enough to communicate with each other, and laugh a lot in the process. Before we knew it, our week was over, and we were all sorry to leave.   If our extended family returns to Vallarta, we will definitely return to Casa Tabachin for another luxurious visit.

This was our fourth stay at Villa Santa Cruz. Ismael, Gabe, Chano and Maria made sure our visit was spectacular. We had many first time visitors with us and they were completely blown away by the villa, views and staff.

Since we were guests for the day of the dead we all brought pictures of loved ones that have passed. Ismael helped us celebrate  building us  an amazing alter and teaching us about the offerings and the `whats and whys` that go along with it.  An incredible experience never to be forgotten.

All of our guests had massive bedrooms with King sized beds, the house was cleaned daily, and we never got tired of swimming in the pool and watching sunsets from the pool.

The staff was incredible nice. The chef made us two amazing meals a day (sometimes taking a suggestion from us and sometimes we just told him to surprise us - and it was always delicious). The house manager Ismael, aside from waiting on our every need, arranged transportation to excursions for us, gave us valuable insight about fun things to do in PV, and made sure our money for house expenses was spent very efficiently. The cleaning staff was there every day and yet we never saw them because they were never intrusive and cleaned around our schedules.
