Our family of 22 had the great fortune of staying at Lol-Beh during thanksgiving week and had an amazing time. Planning my husband's 50th celebration there was lots of work but from the beginning the staff was top notch. Everything from meal planning, cake, decorations, transportation, and much more were greatly supported. Diana, Deneb, and Fernando were our superstars. Our chef Rolando was so accommodating. Thank you, we hope to be back!!

This is one of the finest homes that I have stayed in and we have stayed in the best. We were there with 4 other couples and were taken care of like Kings. The Food, the staff, the house, the drinks, the sunsets, and the rooms were all spectacular You can't lose with this one. Right on the Pacific and lots of activities.

I honestly cannot rate this company high enough. From the beginning of the booking process, they were above and beyond professional. It is intimidating to book things in the states online as scams are high but I can assure you this is a valid, luxury villa service. We had car transportation (12 person clean AC fan) waiting for us at airport. On arrival to the Villa Iris, we can a staff of 10 waiting with cool towels and drinks. The staff was incredibly, preparing us some of the best food I have ever eaten and the most delicious drinks. The Villa Iris runs like a resort. Every corner has fine art and fresh flowers. One day there was a singular dark leaf on a plant and within 2 hours someone had trimmed the plant. The beds are like floating on a cloud. The view almost made me cry from perfection. In summary, I literally have nothing negative to say and don't want to gate keep this amazing villa service. 100/100

We had a wonderful time. The villa has a beautiful view. The house is spacious and very clean. The staff members are very friendly and kind. The location is in downtown, close enough to everything but also feels like it is more private, up in the hills. Fair to say it exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend! Thank you Maria!!

Top notch, first class, once in a life time must do!!! The Staff , you cannot find any better! I took my family of 10 and it was perfection . A vacation they will always remember. Punta Del Cielo is a paradise above central Puerto Vallarta. From the pre-trip concierge service, Carla was amazing at providing recommendations and being super responsive. Once there, the place looked exactly like the pictures and the on-site staff of Ramon and Blanca were very and attentive with serving poolside drinks, turn down service of the rooms, helping with a birthday celebration (piñata and all). And the meals from Aurora were some of the best we’ve had. Overall, it was a spectacular and extremely memorable experience. For downsides, there aren’t many and the ones I have are nit-picky. The home is on a steep hill from the downtown so especially in the summer, you’ll get your workout on. And apart from the bedrooms, the house is all open so prepare for mosquitos and bugs. Again though, this is 10000% worth booking.

Our week at Villa Celeste was a vacation to remember! The facilities are great and the views can’t be beat. The highlight though was the service. Pancho did everything we asked plus he anticipated a lot of things we didn’t even ask for yet! The meals that were made for us by Chef Angel were great and the housekeeping by Frances was perfect. The service provided by Alejandro (q&a, reservations) and Laura (billing, registration) at Agave Villas was also excellent. We highly recommend staying at Villa Celeste to anyone!
