Amazing villa that exceeded expectations in every way, and the only thing that was even better was the team and services provided. The villa is one of a kind and we hated to leave it. Diandra and the team lead by Carlos were there for anything needed. From first class transfers to having the chef cooking our fish caught to the nicest sweetest lady that takes care of the home and the maid duties…..it was all unbelievable. Thank you Agave Villas

My family and my brothers family, a total of 10 people, spent six nights and seven days at the Villa. Our expectations were low because we know that marketing photos might look better than the real deal.  The villa far exceeded our expectations.  It was perfectly laid out, with 6 bedrooms, and a large pool deck, where we spent most of our time each day.   The villa was very clean and tidy and was built with Mexican charm.  The beach is only a set of stairs away.  The service from Juan, our chef, and Philibert, our bartender and property manager, Vanessa and Veronica, was over the top excellent.   Great food every morning, afternoon and dinner, and our glass was never empty.  Wonderful, cheerful, humans.  Loved our stay and already daydreaming of our next visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Verde and I wanted to thank Agave Villas for the nice bottle of Tequila, it was enjoyed by all. Villa Verde is outstanding. The home itself is beautiful, open air concept right on the beach. During the holiday, the beach was at times crowded in the afternoon, so we moved to our private quiet pool overlooking the ocean as a perfect change. Chef and staff were wonderful with terrific food and service. We cancelled our restaurant reservations as we enjoyed this service so much. We had a surprise anniversary dinner of the most amazing (and large ) lobster tails I have had.

Villa Verde offers an amazing getaway. The beachfront home is absolutely beautiful and set up to truly accommodate you while on vacation. Enjoy the pool or beach. Relax the day away on the balcony soaking up the sun. Watch the picturesque sunsets as the day turns into night revealing a fabulous star-filled sky. Savor the fantastic Mexican cuisine prepared by Chef Juan. Take in a bit of local culture in El Centro and enjoy the Malecon. Daily excursions are available and easy to coordinate with the staff. My experience at Casa Villa Verde was wonderful, I highly recommend this property and look forward to my next visit.

Our group of 8 could not have had a better stay at Villa Verde. The house is even better in person than it appears in the photos. We have stayed in PVR many times (3 times in the past year), and this was by far our best experience. The beach in front of the house is amazing! Every guest was afforded privacy due to the layout of the bedrooms on multiple levels. The living area on the main level is spectacular! The entire house was absolutely spotless the entire week, and the staff took perfect care of us all. Juan will happily prepare anything you want to eat for any meal and does a fantastic job. We are already planning our return. Thanks to all for making this a truly memorable trip.

I shared a week with four generations of my family at Casa Demae. The villa is beautifully designed with all of the amenities, casual, comfortable yet elegant. The attentive staff facilitated every need. I felt pampered and loved. Hearing the waves crash against the rocks while I fell asleep was the best.
