Villa Fosca is located in the exclusive La Privada community within Aldea Zama in Tulum. It is a brand new 4 bedroom jungle view villa - the twin property to Villa Virginia, located right next door. The villas can be rented separately or together as Villa Imperia for a total of 8 bedrooms.
Divided over 3 floors, the villa has a bright and spacious areas throughout, however the rooftop is the star of the show with an 8 meter swimming pool, a second kitchen, dining and living area! The rooftop is the place to be, whether it's to eat, chat or get some sun, there are spaces dedicated for each occasion.
Being nestled in La Privada allows for ultimate privacy, however the villa is still close to the action - you can get to the city center or the Tulum Beach road in under 10 minutes to explore the many dining and shopping options nearby. - Kindly note that this area may be affected by Sargassum (seaweed). It is a natural phenomenon that occurs seasonally and is typically more present in the summer months.
