- Construction notice: Like most of Tulum, there is an active construction nearby that is scheduled to be completed February 2024. There is a 10 foot privacy wall, and the building is in the interior phase of construction (plumbing, electrical, flooring, etc) and all the concrete has been poured. The heavy machinery phase of construction is completed. Noise cannot be heard inside the Villa due to hurricane grade windows and concrete walls, but there is some hand tool noise outside from 9am - 5pm during the work week (work is not permitted during holidays).
