The outdoor space was the best part. Eating meals on the terrace and lounging night and day by the pool with the best view.

But what the trip even better was the staff! The chef made the most delicious meals, housekeeping was so fast and efficient everyday. Lastly Enrique, our main man/bartender was icing on the cake. Not only did he make the best margaritas, but he made sure we wanted for nothing. Whether it was making extra coffee, refilling sodas, making several batches of margaritas and snacks for us in the afternoon we’re simply just taking incredible pictures when the family all got dressed up! He was absolutely incredible and made this stay even better

If you’re questioning staying at the villa, it was a 10 out of 10 experience and I will likely be going back!

While the house staff handled the on-site services and billing, Alejandro and Argelia were fantastic to work with and made the trip much more memorable. Highly recommend if you’re booking with Agave Villas!

I would highly recommend Agave Villas for your next vacation! Their customer service was top-notch, and they were very responsive and went above and beyond to assist us with our dream vacation. We stayed at Villa Viaje in Puerto Vallarta for a milestone birthday, and it was one of the most beautiful and well appointed villas we’ve ever stayed in. The grounds were lush and colorful with a backdrop of the breathtaking Pacific Ocean and jungle views . All of the staff who tended to us at the villa were amazing and provided outstanding service. We truly enjoyed this little slice of heaven and would return again without a doubt.

Luna Creciente was wonderful! We had a group of 10 adults and each of our bedrooms had a view of the ocean and were fantastic. We watched whales while in the pool and on the terrace; we had beautiful views during the day and looking at the stars at night. The food prepared by Dinora was delicious and fresh! It felt like you were at a nice restaurant. The entire staff worked well together and a big thank you to Miguel who would get anything you needed! Transportation to any destination was easily arranged and Mismaloya Beach was a 10 minute walk.

This is the third time I have rented a villa through Agave Villas and will not hesitate to do so again. From beginning to end, the customer service is incredible. Thank you to the staff at Punta del Cielo for a wonderful week and to the Agave staff for making everything as seamless as possible for a wonderful vacation!

This vacation was above and beyond anything we could have imagined! The pictures and videos online do not compare to the reality of Casa Septiembre! the rooms each with spectacular views,the pool at perfect temperature and water that felt like silk! the food, the table settings,all incredible, but the crown jewel was the staff! they made us feel like royalty!! our family vacation here created wonderful memories that will last a lifetime!!

We had a late Christmas family reunion. It was a gorgeous week. Everybody managed to come, although a couple had to go back early to help with a relative at home and I moved to their bedroom that had a great view. Our party was made of 3 couples, 2 grandmas and 2 young adult children.
There was a welcoming party already at the base of the funicular. It took us 2 carts to bring everybody up to the house. Everything was clean and ready. Laura introduced us to the 3 members of the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were kept very clean. Everyday we had breakfast at about 9:30am and dinner at 6:30pm. The food was good. There were many precut fresh fruits at breakfast. We also ate some delicious fish filets for dinner and everyday we enjoyed the fresh guacamole and the pico de gallo. We drank many margaritas and Mexican beer. We had to ask for our sparkling wine. By the pool there was an ice box with beers and refrescos.
Dipping in the pool was delicious, especially to relax after coming back home in the late afternoon. We watched 2 great fireworks just in front of us.
The funicular worked fine and we never had to wait long. The only incident was that one of the key to enter the funicular lower base didn’t work and we had to call the house for someone to come down and let us in.
It was a gorgeous week. I hope to come back again.

We had our wedding at Hacienda Del Mar in Puerto Aventuras, México, and it was truly the most incredible experience we could have imagined. From the moment we arrived, every detail was taken care of. It felt like having all the amenities of a luxury all-inclusive resort—but in an intimate, private villa just for us and our guests.
Our wedding festivities included over 80 people, and the property was absolutely perfect for hosting a group of that size. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the entire experience together while still feeling private and exclusive.
The staff was absolutely outstanding. The chefs, bartenders, and entire team went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and cared for. The food and drinks were amazing, and even services like laundry and daily housekeeping made our stay completely stress-free.
A special thank you to Laurie, the concierge, who was so kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. She made everything easy and was always there when we needed anything.
We also can’t say enough about Sandy, the wedding planner included with the villa. She was phenomenal and helped bring everything together so seamlessly. Our wedding day—and the entire three days of celebrations during our four-day stay—was absolutely perfect.
If you’re looking for a venue that offers luxury, privacy, and truly first-class service, Hacienda Del Mar is unmatched. We would choose this place again in a heartbeat!!

Staying at Casa Suhana was truly one of the highlights of our time in Puerto Vallarta. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, relaxed, and completely taken care of. Every corner feels intentional and serene, from the peaceful outdoor spaces to the stylish, well-appointed rooms. Our room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. What truly sets Casa Suhana apart, though, is the hospitality. The hosts and staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely care about your experience. They were always happy to offer recommendations, help with transportation, or simply check in to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell they take pride in what they do—and it shows. The location is another huge plus. It’s close enough to everything you want—beaches, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife—yet tucked away enough to feel quiet and peaceful. We loved being able to explore during the day and return to such a calm, beautiful space in the evening. If you’re looking for a place that feels special, personal, and thoughtfully curated, Casa Suhana is it. Whether you’re visiting for a romantic getaway, a relaxing escape, or a fun trip with friends, this place delivers on every level. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already planning our next visit. Highly, highly recommend—this is a true gem in Puerto Vallarta.

Their high-end customer service made this a true luxury experience. They were very hands-on & responsive to all needs/requests.
