We had a great experience with our concierge Alejandro and our main point of contact Argelia. Alejandro was an excellent concierge; friendly, responsive, and full of great local recommendations.
He organized an amazing food tour where we visited local food spots; he also helped arrange a boat day for our group and generously gave us extra time and an upgrade.
While the house staff handled the on-site services and billing, Alejandro and Argelia were fantastic to work with and made the trip much more memorable. Highly recommend if you’re booking with Agave Villas!
