- Kindly note that this area may be affected by Sargassum (seaweed). It is a natural phenomenon that occurs seasonally and is typically more present in the summer months. However, please keep in mind that this villa is not beachfront and it is not directly impacted by the Sargassum.
- Note: This villa is located in the Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve, a World Heritage Site home to thousands of species of Flora and Fauna. The Biosphere is located past Tulum, off the beaten path. The main road is not completely paved, and depending on the weather and time of year, travel time to and from the villa may be extended. It is important to note that Sian Ka'an is not located in the main part of Tulum.
