Upon entry, you will travel up a hillside funicular to this incredible home that offers location, ocean views, and privacy. We had such an amazing stay! We had 4 couples and the space was perfect. The view is beyond amazing! The pool/deck area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunsets. I really can't stress enough how beautiful the view was. Getting up the hill to the house does take some effort with the steep hill and funicular, but oh so worth it. The house staff were accommodating to meet our requests when possible. The home was clean and well maintained. It is in the center of the city, so it was noisy, but we had brought sound machines to drown it out at night. We would for sure stay again.

Punta del Cielo was the perfect setting for our reunion trip. The staff was friendly and very attentive to our needs. The food Aurora prepared was delicious. We just loved everything about it! The house is beautiful and comfortable - perfect for hanging out and reconnecting with old friends. And THAT VIEW... its incredible! In fact, we rarely left! The concierge arranged massages, salsa dancing lessons (so fun!!!) and airport transfers making everything so easy. Highly recommend!!!"

Perfect stay! I chose Punta del Cielo to celebrate my 60th birthday. It was my husband and I, along with 6 of our close friends staying in the home for 5 nights. We all absolutely loved our stay! The home is beautiful, stylishly decorated, open, and set up with everything we needed. The staff made us feel welcome and cared for. Aurora is an amazing chef and we loved all of her dishes, plus she happily gave us some tips. Blanca kept things neat and clean, and always had a smile. Roman is a delight, and spoiled us, plus the surprise of fresh strawberry margaritas were a huge hit! We booked our stay through Agave Villas Mexico, and I will use them again in the future for sure. This operation is professional, organized, and handled all of the details of the reservation and requests without missing anything. We are already checking our calendars trying to see when we can return again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation, and special birthday!

This place was an absolute dream to stay in. The view is incredible, the staff are wonderful - every meal they cooked and prepared was delicious. It’s walking distance (up and down a hill but there are stairs that make it easier) to the boardwalk, night clubs, beaches, shopping, etc. I would highly recommend!

Our stay at the villa was fantastic. The service staff were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was exceptional, with every meal impressing us more than the last. The villa offered stunning views, especially at sunset, which quickly became our favorite part of the day. The accommodations were extremely comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax. Our stay here far exceeded our expectations. The villa and views were even better than pictured on the listing. A truly stunning villa with beautiful panoramic views and close access to the town. Maria was there to greet us when we arrived and very helpful answering all our questions and showing us around the villa. The staff were very friendly and the food they prepared was delicious. It's hard to describe how great our stay was here. The staff were AMAZING! The view from the house is incredible. The house was exactly as described. It's a bit of a hike up a hill from all the hot spots, but definitely walkable. The chef prepared two meals a day for us that were each somehow better than the last. She also put the leftovers in the refrigerator each day which made for a nice snack when coming back from the bars/clubs at night. We felt very comfortable as we enjoyed the private garden, infinity pool, upper deck with fire pit, and six private bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The concierge, cook, housekeeper and houseman were friendly and helpful and a pleasure to be around. The concierge scheduled spa services for us at the house as well as took care of scheduling transportation to/from the airport and whenever we needed to go somewhere not within walking distance. Definitely hope to stay there again in the future.

I wish we could give more stars. Thirteen of us stayed here for my husband’s 40th and everything was perfect (and we’re a particular bunch). The house, the staff, the communication, the views, etc. all exceeded expectations. I hope we’re lucky enough to book this property again in the future.

We had a wonderful time. The villa has a beautiful view. The house is spacious and very clean. The staff members are very friendly and kind. The location is in downtown, close enough to everything but also feels like it is more private, up in the hills. Fair to say it exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend! Thank you Maria!!

Punta Del Cielo is a paradise above central Puerto Vallarta. From the pre-trip concierge service, Carla was amazing at providing recommendations and being super responsive. Once there, the place looked exactly like the pictures and the on-site staff of Ramon and Blanca were very and attentive with serving poolside drinks, turn down service of the rooms, helping with a birthday celebration (piñata and all). And the meals from Aurora were some of the best we’ve had. Overall, it was a spectacular and extremely memorable experience. For downsides, there aren’t many and the ones I have are nit-picky. The home is on a steep hill from the downtown so especially in the summer, you’ll get your workout on. And apart from the bedrooms, the house is all open so prepare for mosquitos and bugs. Again though, this is 10000% worth booking.

Agave villas is absolutely a pleasure to work with. I’ve rented Punta del Cielo from them twice over two years. They hire amazing staff, make it easy from beginning to end, and managed to find a chef that was better than a lot of the local restaurants. The staff treats us like family and are so kind and the house was immaculately clean the entire stay.

Wonderful staffs (Roman and 2 amazing ladies) who also prepared our breakfast and dinner while we were staying there. Each meal was very delicious. Maria, the host of the property was also great! This villa is amazing! Fantastic views, very clean and the best staff. We loved the margaritas upon arrival and were stunned by the beauty that we overlooked (pictures don't do it justice). Everything was so clean and perfect. The best part though was definitely the staff - everyone was so nice, helpful and our chef made us some amazing meals. We really enjoyed our time here - great place to relax, hang out in the pool, catch up with friends and soak up the sun.

Our group really enjoyed the panoramic views of Banderas Bay. We found immense pleasure in watching the cruise ships come in and the occasional whale sighting. Maria, Roman, Blanca and Aurora are warm, friendly and accommodating. Be sure to wear solid walking shoes to walk to downtown. The hills are quite steep and require some effort.

This a truly beautiful villa! My husband and I stayed there by ourselves instead of with friends so we really enjoyed the peacefulness of the property. The pics don't do it justice. The views and pool are amazing. The staff was amazing and can do as much or as little as you ask them to do. My husband and I enjoy privacy so I think the staff was gone by about 1pm daily. We always had fresh breakfast prepared by Aurora in the mornings. Delicious! Blanca and Roman were pleasant and helpful with all of our needs. Would definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing stay at the villa. The check in process was easy, the concierge was very easy to communicate with and made the entire check in process & stay seamless. The staff were so friendly and prepared delicious meals for breakfast and lunch. The villa is gorgeous; spacious, clean, beautiful pool & view, and we loved the fire pit.
