We had a late Christmas family reunion. It was a gorgeous week. Everybody managed to come, although a couple had to go back early to help with a relative at home and I moved to their bedroom that had a great view. Our party was made of 3 couples, 2 grandmas and 2 young adult children.
There was a welcoming party already at the base of the funicular. It took us 2 carts to bring everybody up to the house. Everything was clean and ready. Laura introduced us to the 3 members of the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were kept very clean. Everyday we had breakfast at about 9:30am and dinner at 6:30pm. The food was good. There were many precut fresh fruits at breakfast. We also ate some delicious fish filets for dinner and everyday we enjoyed the fresh guacamole and the pico de gallo. We drank many margaritas and Mexican beer. We had to ask for our sparkling wine. By the pool there was an ice box with beers and refrescos.
Dipping in the pool was delicious, especially to relax after coming back home in the late afternoon. We watched 2 great fireworks just in front of us.
The funicular worked fine and we never had to wait long. The only incident was that one of the key to enter the funicular lower base didn’t work and we had to call the house for someone to come down and let us in.
It was a gorgeous week. I hope to come back again.
We cannot thank Aurora, Blanca, Maria, and Ramon enough. This is a trip we will never forget. The house is immaculate. The food was outstanding. Our favorite dishes were the fish, fajitas, guacamole, and ceviche. For breakfast, the Mexican eggs and French toast were delicious. The service was amazing. They were all so attentive to all of our needs. They kept the drinks flowing and organized transportation and activities for you. They asked nightly what we wanted for the next day and shopped daily for us. We could not have asked for anything more! If you are looking for a place to stay where they pay attention to every detail and truly care if you have an amazing experience, this is your place to stay!
The villa is absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully designed, with unobstructed ocean views and high-quality, stylish interior decor. There’s plenty of comfortable hangout space for a big group, making it perfect for a warm-weather group getaway. The staff were attentive, communicative, and the concierge was very responsive and helpful with coordinating transportation and recommending great places to try. The in-house food and cocktails by the chef was also delicious. Highly recommend, and I would definitely book again if I visit PV in the future
Punta Del Cielo was an amazing property with beautiful views of PV and the Ocean. The Villa had great spaces for friends and family to get together for meals and also to relax by the pool or gather to watch your favorite sports team or play games. There are several restaurants, shops, coffee places and the beach within a short walk. Lastly the Villa's staff of 3 was amazing in meal planning, preparing our meals, keeping our rooms neat and tidy and serving up amazing guac and margs.
I truly can’t say how wonderful the stay was at Punta del Cielo! I’ve never had an Airbnb that outdid the photos – incredibly exceptional views, amazing pool, and very spacious bedrooms. The staff was also so friendly and accommodating and made the stay that much more relaxing and enjoyable. Would recommend this place ten times over and will absolutely be staying here the next time we are in PV!

This place was great! The staff was wonderful and our host was on point and satisfied our every need. The Villa is awesome. The scenery from the infinity pool was just breathtaking. The cooks made wonderful food for our stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. I’m definitely coming back to this Villa the next time I’m back visiting Puerto Vallarta.
The house is incredible (absolutely insane views, it’s exactly what it looks like in the photos) and the house is beautiful with tons of space. The staff was fantastic as well.
Our stay at Punta del Cielo was absolutely fantastic! The house is stunning – great views, comfy beds, wonderful pool – and the staff were incredible. The food was absolutely delicious. Perfect stay! I chose Punta del Cielo to celebrate my 60th birthday. It was my husband and I, along with 6 of our close friends staying in the home for 5 nights. We all absolutely loved our stay! The home is beautiful, stylishly decorated, open, and set up with everything we needed. The staff made us feel welcome and cared for. Aurora is an amazing chef and we loved all of her dishes, plus she happily gave us some tips. Blanca kept things neat and clean, and always had a smile. Roman is a delight, and spoiled us, plus the surprise of fresh strawberry margaritas were a huge hit! We booked our stay through Agave Villas Mexico, and I will use them again in the future for sure. This operation is professional, organized, and handled all of the details of the reservation and requests without missing anything. We are already checking our calendars trying to see when we can return again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation, and special birthday!
Punta del Cielo was the perfect setting for our reunion trip. The staff was friendly and very attentive to our needs. The food Aurora prepared was delicious. We just loved everything about it! The house is beautiful and comfortable – perfect for hanging out and reconnecting with old friends. And THAT VIEW… its incredible! In fact, we rarely left! The concierge arranged massages, salsa dancing lessons (so fun!!!) and airport transfers making everything so easy. Highly recommend!!!"
