In February 2023, Agave Villas hosted our Executive Retreat at Villa Pacifica, a perfect venue for strategic planning and relaxation. The fully staffed villa, managed by Claudia and Alex, provided exceptional service throughout our two-night stay. Chef Octavio delighted us with exquisite meals, while Joel kept the grounds looking amazing.
A highlight was the movie night on the lawn, where we enjoyed a large screen under the stars. This unforgettable touch capped off a productive retreat.
Earlier, in 2022, we visited Villa Pacifica for the day for our team Posada (Christmas Party). The day was filled with joy, starting with a vibrant mariachi band by the pool and individual 30-minute massages. This trip definitely set a high bar for memorable team gatherings.

Casa Akai
In August 2023, Agave Villas had the pleasure of staying at the newly inaugurated Casa Akai for two nights. This villa was the perfect Mexican getaway, with full staff attending to our every need and a bartender available around the clock. We were treated to wonderful, personalized meals prepared by the talented team, including the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and their kitchen staff.
Casa Akai’s stunning property offered the perfect backdrop for both work and relaxation. Our stay even included a movie night in the villa’s state-of-the-art theatre.
Andre, the property manager, and his team, including the House Manager, Assistant House Manager, Head Butler, and Mixologist, made sure every detail was perfectly handled. From the amazing service to the luxury amenities, Casa Akai is a standout choice for an extraordinary getaway.
Villa Sha
In September 2022, Agave Villas stayed at Villa Sha during a FAM trip to the Riviera Maya, and the experience was truly exceptional. Despite our busy work schedule, we enjoyed the luxury of a private chef, Polo, who crafted exquisite meals. The dedicated housekeeping team, including Ana and David, took care of all our needs, from daily cleaning to laundry and ironing, making our stay incredibly convenient.
Miguel, the houseman/butler, was amazing at handling our packing, unpacking, and organizing various services, while Saul, the bartender, and Omar, the waiter, made sure we were always refreshed and satisfied. The villa’s private security guard also provided extra peace of mind, since it is not located within a gated community. Under the management of Eric, Villa Sha was a perfect blend of comfort and service.
Casa Entre Rocas
Agave Villas also had a fantastic time at Casa Entre Rocas for our May 2023 Posada. Highlights included team-building activities, pizza-making, a tequila tasting with custom cocktails, and a fun piñata. We even held a team photoshoot at the villa.
