When it came time to move to Hacienda Mágica on Tuesday, the transition was seamless thanks to the attentive villa staff who transferred all luggage and arrangements with care.
“The community of Puerto Aventuras makes me want to move there,” said Agave Villas team member Argelia. “The staff took excellent care of us—even did my laundry better than I do at home! I felt truly pampered.”

Midweek, the team shared breakfast with the villa staff, a meaningful moment that felt more like reuniting with old friends than meeting colleagues.

Early Friday morning, the kitchen team prepared breakfast-to-go boxes for the team’s 7 a.m. departure, complete with sandwiches, fruit, snacks, and drinks for a final touch that reflected the villas’ exceptional attention to detail.
“The staff made us feel completely at home,” said Laura. “From start to finish, the experience was unforgettable.”
